Sorry, but the energy contained in wing tanks of fuel, will provide more power for longer, than possible with batteries. Plus, as fuel is burned, the load is lighter, making efficiency better over the flight. But the battery weighs the same charged and discharged, so there is no gain, just useless weight 🤨

The Jaunt is actually much quieter than any of the eVTOLS, including Joby. At the moment, it is a hybrid. They are developing an all-electric version, but need more funding. This is why Airo is seeking to go public.

I ran into a guy on another YT thread who said that the EX uses its intakes as canards. And I did see a video somewhere where you could see those intakes going up and down independently, seemingly working hard to add maneuverability.

Impressive specs that interior cabin space is unmatched in the single engine sub 2.5 ton class. It's closest competition i can see is another from Leonardo the AW119 followed by the Bell 407 and H130. Along with the latest from Garmin and Safran the AW09 is looking likely to be best in class.

The helicopter does seem well thought out interior . The flight deck is very clean . I really like the tail rotor design. Single pilot I get the need given the lean operation parameters. Just overcoming consumer ideas for two pilots as in conventional rotary aircraft experience. So guessing FAA and insurance companies will both be able to accommodate this new design. Wishing nothing but the best for much success. Thanks

The other thing to add to that is true all-weather capability... put an IR camera in the nose of that thing and hook it to the inevitable glass panels in the cockpit...
